  I went through the drive thru about 12.30pm. There was 1 car in front of me, when her order was taken she pulled forward and I pulled up so I could place my order. I sat there for a few minutes waiting for someone to take my order but total silence. I heard the lady in front say thank you before driving off, still silence. I sat there for another 2 minutes and still no one took my order. I decided to drive forward just in case the microphone was broken and someone was waiting at the window but no one was there. From what I could see there were a few people seated eating and I couldn't see any staff. I drove off and will not be going back to that store. I will go to Rockingham Chicken Treat in future.

  Easy parking or drive through quick service. Have specials. Clean kidlets play area.

  Not happy Jane. Coleslaw was 3 days out of date, phone disconnected, I feel disconnected . To quote a leader, "Please Explain"

  Visited the store for lunch had to wait over fifteen minutes just to order there being only the customers in the store, terrible service the staff where rude and un helpful. Would not recommend this store at all
