  Excellent doctors and well-trained nurses. Dr Sarah Carter is brilliant. Always call ahead as often runs late but is well worth the wait.

  The staff are very friendly, I have dealt alot with Dr Bryan Low and the nurses and have been happy with all my appointments times call backs etc

  5 stars for all the doctors BESIDES DR WILLIAM. If I could give him one star I would, I love this practise but do NOT recommend Dr william; we were talking about my mental health after having a baby and I was already balling my eyes out and he goes ‘well what do you expect me to do about it’ and then proceeded to ask me if I’m male or female... he was so rude and insensitive so if you’re like me and worked up the courage to ask for help about your mental health, please please do NOT book with dr William. He will ruin the courage you worked hard to build.

  Friendly and helpful front staff. Usually don't have to wait too long, and can get an appointment fairly easily. Don't think I've ever met a 'bad' (grumpy, dismissive, rude etc) doctor either. Midwives are lovely. Nurses are good, and kind to children.

  This place has good and friendly staff but the wait times are horrendous, we've been here 3 times.. the first two times we waited in excess of 45 minutes and this time we are already at the 40 minute mark.. its just frustrating to come in on time and then watch other people who arrive 10-15 minutes later than you be called by the doctor you were about to see before you... if this place is always running behind, why cant they change their appointment times to further apart so all us everyday people can still be able to do things with our day or even some common courtesy to tell us how long left or offer an explanation if they know we have been waiting for near an hour
